NWD Service Policy for
Non-Budgeted Events

 
All requests from non-budgeted entities (Pastors' Conferences, Pastors' Wives Retreats, etc.) within the North Wisconsin District - LCMS shall be addressed in the following manner:

♦      Address information can be provided electronically at no charge.  You will be responsible for creation and distribution of your material.

♦      Posting of completed materials on the North Wisconsin District website can be provided at no charge.  All requests will need approval by the District President or his       appointee prior to posting.

♦      Cost for distribution of completed materials (i.e. brochures, agendas, registration forms, posters, etc.) will be determined on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration the time and materials required for completion.

♦      All requests should be addressed electronically to Lori Kavajecz at lori@nwdlcms.org or Sandi Sorensen at sandy@nwdlcms.org or via phone at 715-845-8241 ext. 17 or 23, respectively.

 

♦      In an effort to provide ample time for completion of requests, they must be received a minimum of 45 days prior to their deadline, or they may be denied.
